Referral Marketing Disclosure

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor
This site connects homeowners with a foundation repair professional who works near them. Round Rock Foundation Repair Co. takes your call or form and hands it on. The professional does the inspection, and any repair is theirs too.
You won't find our crews, trucks or equipment on your driveway, because we have none. We also don't do home inspections or give engineering opinions; the professional handles those. Below we set out how a referral happens and where our money comes from, so you can judge this site with the full picture.
Who Pays Us
Not you. The inspection is free, and booking one doesn't tie you to a repair.
The professional we refer you to may pay us. That could be a set amount per request we send, or a payment to get this site's requests for a fixed stretch of time. To them it's a marketing cost, the same as an ad. You will never get a bill from us.
Where That Leaves You
You'll be dealing with an independent company. They don't work for us. Their prices, timing and repair methods are theirs to set, and any contract you sign is with them alone.
This site doesn't score contractors, rank them or post reviews. Nothing here guarantees the quality of anyone's work. So ask a few things up front: proof of insurance, the job in writing, and the engineer's part in it. Round Rock and Georgetown both want a plan stamped by an engineer before they issue a foundation repair permit.
Feel free to get more bids. Comparing two or three on a foundation job is a smart move. We'll never push you away from it.
How the Guides Stay Honest
Every guide and town page should help you even if you never pick up the phone.
We take soil data from the USDA's survey and the age of homes from the Census. Aquifer zones are the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's. Each city, and each water supplier, is the source for its own permit and watering rules.
Price ranges are built from figures repair companies post themselves. Next to each number, you'll see where it came from.
Paying us can't change any of that. No fee moves a soil figure, trims a cost range or relaxes a permit rule.
If No One Can Take Your Request
Some corners of our area may have no professional with room for new work. In that case we'll say so, rather than send your request where nobody will answer it.
