This website belongs to a referral service, Round Rock Foundation Repair Co. We connect homeowners in and around Round Rock, Texas with a local foundation repair professional. To do that we need a few details from you. Below is the full list, every company that touches them, and how to get them back or erased.

Four boxes make up our short form. They cover who you are, a number to reach you, where the house is (city or ZIP) and the problem you've spotted. On the estimate page, the full form adds a fifth box for when the trouble started. It also lets you add an email address if you want to. Either way, you tick a box that lets us contact you about the request.

Three more things travel with a form without you typing them:

• Which page you were on, plus the town that page is about
• Campaign tags from the link you followed, like the name of an ad
• The time spent filling it in, a simple test that spots bots

1. Hit send and it travels to this site, hosted on Cloudflare.
2. Our code checks the entries, then writes them up as one email. No copy stays on the site. There is no database at all.
3. Resend, the company that delivers our email, puts it in our inbox.
4. We hand it to the professional who works your area, and they reach out about your free inspection.

Our phone line runs on Twilio, a business phone carrier. To connect a call, Twilio sees your number, when you called and for how long.

We record every call, and the greeting tells you so. The voice that answers is an automated assistant built on Vapi, an AI phone platform. Vapi relies on outside companies for speech-to-text, for the AI language model and for the computer voice you hear. As you talk, the assistant writes down what you say.

Its questions match the form: your name, a number to call back, your city or ZIP code, what you've noticed and since when.

Once you hang up, Resend sends us an email with the recording, a written transcript and a brief summary. Next, we tell Vapi to erase what it holds.

Want an inspection booked from that call? The professional for your area gets your details, along with the recording and transcript. So they already know your question when they ring you.

Sometimes the assistant is unavailable. Then you'll be offered voicemail, which Twilio records. A Cloudflare tool writes out the words, and Resend mails us the audio and the text. Twilio's copy of the audio is then wiped, leaving just the one in our inbox.

Prefer no recording? Use the form instead. It reaches us the same way.

Right now our number can't send or receive texts. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

• Your area's professional. Theirs is a separate business. After your request reaches them, it falls under their privacy rules, not ours.
• The companies that run this site. Cloudflare (hosting and voicemail text), Resend (email), Twilio (calls), Vapi (the assistant) and the speech, AI and voice firms Vapi uses. Our email host can see messages too. Each of them uses your details only to do its job for us, and its own privacy terms apply.
• A court or agency, when the law makes us share, for example under a lawful order.

Your details are never sold or rented to marketers, data brokers or anyone else. The professional who gets your request may pay us for it. Read the referral marketing disclosure for how that works. They get your request for one reason: the inspection you asked for.

This site sets no tracking or ad cookies. You won't find analytics, ad code, social buttons or pixels here either.

Your browser still shares some basics on any visit, like your IP address and which browser you use. Cloudflare needs that to serve pages and fend off attacks, and it may set a security cookie. Nothing in that data is used to work out who you are.

Nothing stays on the website. Your request, and any call recording or voicemail, sits in our inbox. The professional who takes it holds a copy as well. We keep it for as long as your inspection needs it, and for ordinary business records. Resend, Twilio and Vapi each follow their own retention rules.

You can ask us to erase it whenever you like.

Ask us what we hold about you, and we'll show you. We'll also fix it or erase it on request. You'll hear back within 45 days. To be sure it's really you asking, we might call the number on your request first.

If your request already went to a professional, we'll give you their name, so you can ask them as well.

We built this site for homeowners, not for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly take in a child's details.

Pages and forms move over an encrypted link, and no form is stored on the site. No website can promise perfect safety, though. Leave card and bank numbers out of any message you send.

When our handling of your details changes, this page and its date change with it.
